We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and product availability.
Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the product has left our facility or our fulfillment partner.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARREL & STONE, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Barrel & Stone, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of any third party, or any User Content you submit.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of the State of North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Barrel & Stone, LLC regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
